Barbarians, bards, clerics, druids, fighters, paladins and rangers gain improved shield bash as a bonus feat at level 1. Expatriates, rogues, sorcerers and wizards gain shield proficiency as a bonus feat at level 1.
Heavy shields count as light weapons for the purposes of determining two weapon fighting penalties on a shield bash and arcane spell failure chance is reduced by 5% for all shields in your hands.
Receive flail, heavy flail and dire flail proficiencies as bonus feats at level 1.
The skill, knowledge: religion, is considered a class skill and receive a +4 cultural bonus to all such checks.
At the 6th class level, clerics from this culture select a third domain from their immortals selection.
